1. Exchange Policy
We offer a hassle-free exchange if you have any issues with the size or fit.
Duration: Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Condition: The footwear must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.
Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your Order ID and the new size you require.
Shipping: Standard delivery charges may apply for the exchange process unless the item sent was incorrect.


2. Refund Policy
Please note that Slippys does not have a general refund policy. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or style preferences.
Exception for Damaged Products:
A refund will only be processed if the product you received is damaged. To claim a refund for a damaged item, the following condition is mandatory:
Unboxing Video: You must provide a clear, unedited video of opening the parcel from start to finish. This video serves as proof that the item was damaged during transit or before reaching you.
Without a proper unboxing video, no refund or claim will be entertained.
